Booking Policies
All programs are booked on a first come first serve basis.
Programs are to be booked as soon as possible by the group requesting.
Groups must generally meet the minimum of ten participants (or two hours for leap and zip) to book dates unless approval for a smaller program is given by the Adventure Director.
Groups are committed to paying for a minimum of ten people or the hours scheduled.
Anyone participating in an OAKS Adventure Activity must have a liability release signed in advance by their parents.
How to Book
- Call us with the dates and activities of interest.
- We will check availability and get back to you.
- Have your group fill out the OAKS Medical & Liability Release Form prior to coming up the camp for your retreat.
Cancellation Policy
Overnight groups may cancel adventure sessions up to two weeks in advance or change time/numbers with no penalty.
Groups canceling less than two weeks out will be charged for the minimum of ten people or two hours per activity canceled.
In no case will groups be able to cancel after arriving at THE OAKS. They will pay for all hours and sessions scheduled for the number of people booked, not the minimum.
