Rob Horner

Rob and Lisa have been married 24 plus years, they have lived and served God in the Lake Hughes area since marriage. God called Rob to the Oaks in May of 2006, where God now uses his skills as the Grounds Director.

Lisa has been an educator for 30 plus years and is currently serving as the principal of Desert Christian Schools elementary campus. She has a heart for educating children with a biblical emphasis.

We have two sons. Matt, 20 years of age, and is to start his 3nd year of college and feels gods calling for him to be a pastor. Chip, 18 years of age, he has just finish high school. He wants to be a radiologist. They both work here at the Oaks. Chip works with his dad in the Grounds Department. Matt works in the office in guest relations. he books camps and etc.

They all are looking forward to seeing how God is going to use them in the future here at the camp as well as in the world at hand.
