We’re looking for individuals to help our guest groups have a great dining experience at The Oaks. Employees in this position will serve in a number of different roles in our kitchen and dining hall, such as assisting in food preparation, serving line, dishes, and cleaning.

Adventure Staff
Job Description
Our Adventure Staff help facilitate safe and exciting adventure activities for our guests. We train you on how to safely administer activities such as our high ropes challenge course, Leap of Faith, archery, hatchet throwing, laser tag, and more! (Please note our list of active activities often changes)

Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate activities using approved methods.
  2. Inventory, sort and care for adventure equipment.
  3. Safeguard course use with vigilant inspection of all equipment, procedures, facilitators, and participants.
Applicant must be 16 years of age or older to be an Adventure Helper.
Applicant must be 18 years of age or older to be an Adventure Instructor.

Maintenance Team Member

Job Summary

We are looking for an individual to join our maintenance team to help provide an excellent experience for our guests at The Oaks Camp and Conference Center facility. This position is involved in the maintaining of buildings, grounds, and equipment. This position requires knowledge of standard practices and procedures in various trades of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, mechanical systems, and irrigation. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with standard hours of 7am to 4pm. Occasional Saturdays required.
