Incarceration to Incorporation
Training leaders. Empowering futures.
Many of today’s influential urban leaders were yesterday’s incarcerated men and women. And each year, there are many more returning citizens with incredible passion for the Lord, yet the process of reincorporation often presents a challenge for these budding Christian leaders. That’s why we’re excited to announce the expansion of our Leadership Institute to include an Incarceration to Incorporation (I2I) track!
From Incarceration. To Incorporation.
This program will offer a valuable next step in life through active discipleship, a strong community, and practical work training and experience. These things will create a positive environment of growth for these returning citizens.
I2I will not be primarily a transition program, but rather a focused time of growth and leadership development for men who have demonstrated a commitment towards growing in Christian leadership.
This program is still under development, but we plan on launching in fall of 2019! We’re excited to model it after our current Oaks Leadership Institute which provides onsite housing, training and work experience across departments, focused fellowship and discipleship, and a monthly stipend. However, due to our limited capabilities, we will only be accepting male applicants for I2I at this time.
