Dr. Alvin Sanders

Alvin joined the World Impact team in 2015. He oversees the implementation of the strategic ministry plan. He has a passion for developing Christian leaders to serve cross-culturally. Through his innovative work with the EFCA, he has become a "thought leader" in the multi-ethnic church movement. Alvin and his wife Caroline have been married since 1994. They are the proud parents of two daughters. His personal mission is to be with God, love his family, and invest in those who invest in the poor.


Rev. Paul Chan

Paul Chan is Vice President (West Region) of World Impact. He has served with World Impact since 2003. Paul was born in Hong Kong and raised in the United States. A nationally-recognized authority on evangelism among Asian Americans, Rev. Chan serves as a Director on the Board of The Child Development and Treatment Center headquartered in Sacramento, California. Paul also serves on the Administrative Counsel in the San Francisco Peninsula Baptist Association. Paul lives in the Bay Area with his wife, Nani. They have two sons, Brandon and Joshua.
